I wasn't going to write a blog entry today since the only interesting thing I saw in Red Bluff was the planter above.  However, on our way to dinner tonight, we were stopped at a blinking red traffic light by two traffic controllers and treated to an unexpected Monster Truck Parade.  By sheer luck, the parade took place right in front of us!  It lasted about five minutes.
