Not much to report today.  We reached Prince William Forest Park RV in Dumfries, VA today.  It is a nice park, not too crowded and our space is near the pool and other amenities.  It was a fairly short drive from Woodbine, MD, just about two hours, but it is amazing how the area has changed since we lived south of D.C.  There are toll lanes on the express lanes of the Beltway and so many new, huge buildings.  Rural areas are no longer rural.  Thank goodness for the GPS in the car because I wouldn't be able to count on any old landmarks now.

Old friends, Vicki, Brock, Jack and Donna drove out to see the TrailBayser and to go out to dinner with us.  We became friends in the Virginia townhouses called Grandview when our kids were little.  It is great to connect with the people who know your history and you know theirs, but you still like each other.  We spent the whole time laughing.
