Kentucky, the land of horses and bourbon!  We arrived in the Louisville area today.  The closest campground is in Indiana, an urban RV Park called Louisville Metro Area KOA, which is in Clarksville.  Our site is part asphalt and part rocks, but fine for our needs.  We have a full hook up and are using our Dish for TV.  Not that there is going to be anything to watch besides the Republican Convention.

Most of today was taken up with driving but we managed to find a great place for dinner using Yelp!.
It is called The Hub Cafe and is in Jeffersonville, IN and is known as a Roti cafe.  We didn't know what Roti was but it turns out that it is a taco sized bread round that is crunchy but soft, like a croissant.  You can choose what filling you want and one was enough for me but not enough for Gary.  He ordered the Full Montague, which was filled with meatloaf, mashed potatoes and other things.  He contemplated getting one filled with Tempura shrimp, but ended up getting lemon pound cake instead.  I got the Fancy Cuban which was shredded pork, caramelized onions and more.  Very tasty.

I wish we had this restaurant in Portland!
Everywhere we go we have new experiences.
